Many Thanks Given

Beginning the holiday season can prove to be stressful for many people. We believe that having a meal on the table shouldn't be one of them. Unfortunately this is the reality for many families. This past November we were happy to partner with other organizations: Beta Psi Sigma Inc., High Rollaz Inc., East Bronx Section NCNW Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Inc., Phipps Neighborhoods, as well as local elected officials. There are times when it takes collaboration to make things happen.

We were able to provide families with a full shopping experience free of charge. They were able to choose everything from their turkey all the way to dessert. This was in conjunction with other resources like insurance and concierge medical care which is provided by our longstanding partner Oak Street Health. We continue to strive against food insecurity. The right to have food is a human right!
